Communication Gap Led Flight 253 To Terminal

WASHINGTON – The head of the Federal Aviation Administration said today “a communication gap” between the crew and pilots and air traffic controllers on Flight 253 apparently led to it being brought to the McNamara Terminal immediately upon landing after an alleged Christmas Day bombing attempt.
